CMHC releases 2010 annual report on website

For the first time, Community Mental Health Center, Inc., Lawrenceburg, has released its Annual Report to the Community on the organization's website.
The report, which details activities at CMHC during the past state fiscal year (July 1, 2009, through June 30, 2010), includes the annual financial statement and demographic information about the Center's clients. Also featured are details about what has happened in CMHC's clinical divisions -- Community Support Services, Inpatient and Primary Care Integration Services, Intensive Youth Services and Outpatient Services. The report also includes information about the regional Systems of Care initiative being administered by CMHC.
CMHC Executive Director Tom Talbot and Ed Krause, President of the Center's Board of Directors, provide letters of introduction for the report. The Center's Board, executive staff and management staff are also listed in the report. As well, the Center this year honors 33 staff members and Board members who are celebrating service year anniversaries in 2010.
In the past, the annual report has been distributed in newspapers in CMHC's service region of Dearborn, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley and Switzerland counties. With the ongoing development of the Center's website, Mr. Talbot said it was time this year to go with the online format.
"We believe that this way, we can reach a wider audience with information about CMHC. And, in tough economic times, this approach allows us to save printing and distribution costs for the report," said Mr. Talbot.
