2nd Annual CMHC Adult Health Fair

CMHC’s Harmony Health Clinic Health Fair

Tuesday, March 8th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Lawrenceburg at the Ludlow Building, 2nd floor

Thursday, March 10th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Depot St. (“Day Tx Room”)  location in Batesville.  

 

In addition to what invited area providers bring, we will also provide blood pressure screenings, BMI calculations, blood glucose screening, carbon dioxide detection and much, much more for our adult consumers!

Consumers will also be eligible for  RAFFLE PRIZES.  

Light lunch items will also be provided.  

The Health Fair is open to ALL CMHC EMPLOYEES AND CONSUMERS!  

Please keep in mind this is an adult oriented event.
